Author Biography
Arlene Douglas, BA, HDipEd, Grad Dip Stats, DipComp, is Assistant Director of Adult Education, Evening School, Limerick College of Further Education. She is also Head of Media within the Media Dept. She has worked in teaching delivering modules in Business and Media for 20 years and has worked for the last 10 years as an External Examiner for FETAC. She is also the author of Business Administration (Gill & Macmillan).
Seamus O’Neill, BSc, HDipEd, MBCS, teaches in the School of IT and Multimedia Design at Crumlin College, Dublin. He has 25 years’ teaching experience in second and third level colleges and is the author of Essential Computer Applications (Gill & Macmillan).
